Capable of recovering wet, dry, and contaminated food streams; the organic fraction is suitable for composting, animal nutrition, and AD operations. Various types of packaging and contamination are separated at a 98% rate; including plastic, paper, steel/tin, aluminum, etc… There are 4 different models available offering 5 to 20+ tons per hour processing capability, depending on infeed density.

Built in the USA by skilled American fabricators, the Scott Turbo Separator has over 300 installations worldwide and 150 in North America alone. Every model of Scott Turbo Separators is constructed with domestically-sourced steel, motors, drives, and controls. All parts and components are high-quality and readily available from the factory in Minnesota.

Our equipment has the flexibility to be utilized by a wide variety of industries, including waste/recycling, manufacturers, renewable energy, product destruction, and consumer products.
